Q: If you had to sum up the previous year in a word, what would that word be?
Lata: "Grateful is my word. I'm the luckiest guy that I know. This is a tough business and there are so many talented people that do not get to experience the benefits that we have received. To be given the James Beard Award, go to festivals, and be treated so well in any city in the country makes you feel that you have made good."
